A project begins with a consulting service to analyze your needs and available space. This is followed by design and, when required, custom fabrication of the components, then installation by a qualified team. Groupe ITC can then provide certification and periodic inspection of the installed system.

Yes. Groupe ITC designs and manufactures storage components and structures tailored to the specific constraints of each warehouse: dimensions, loads and configuration. Custom fabrication makes it possible to meet needs that standard systems cannot cover.

Yes. The installation service includes the repair of racking and shelving. Repairing or replacing damaged components, such as uprights and beams, is essential to maintain the load capacity and safety of the warehouse.

Certification confirms that a system is designed and installed in accordance with the applicable standards, usually at the time of installation or of a modification. Inspection is a periodic check of the condition and compliance of the system in service, in order to detect damage and prevent failures.

In Quebec, this work must be carried out by a company accredited by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ). Groupe ITC holds this accreditation and produces compliance reports for pallet racking, racking and mezzanines.

The CSA A344 standard recommends a regular inspection, generally annual, as well as a check after any impact, modification or added load. Frequent inspection reduces the risk of collapse and extends the service life of the system.

The CSA A344 standard is the Canadian reference governing the design, installation and safe use of steel racking systems. It defines the allowable loads, anchoring, impact protection and inspection frequency. Groupe ITC applies these standards to each of its interventions.
